Our stay was an absolute nightmare! The room was in a deplorable state with holes in the walls and exposed wires. Even worse, there was no hot water, and the heater failed during a storm. We were terrified to stay in such an unsafe environment. We felt like we had to fight for a refund and leave immediately.

Consider bringing your own cleaning supplies, as housekeeping may not meet expectations for maintenance and cleanliness during your stay.

I truly wish I could say something good, but that’s hard to find here. The room smelled musty and had roaches. I even noticed a broken shower curtain and furniture that felt neglected. The only bright spot was a pleasant receptionist. I left feeling cheated for the money spent.

The staff was genuinely friendly (always greeted us with a smile! ). The outdoor area had a refreshing pool, perfect for a quick dip during the warm weather. Car hire options were available, which made exploring the local attractions easy.

The rooms definitely need some maintenance attention, particularly regarding the furniture and fixtures (they had seen better days! ).

To add to the frustration, the ice machine was out of order and there was little attention to cleanliness, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The outdoor pool area looked inviting, but it couldn't offset the overall unkempt state of the property.

I had a lot of expectations for my stay, but they quickly faded upon arrival. The room had a musty smell that hit me as soon as I stepped inside. I was greeted by a broken shower curtain with mildew and a table with visible splinters on it. The overall cleanliness didn’t match what I hoped for at a hotel. I saw a baby roach on the floor, which made me question how well the place was maintained. The ice machine was broken, and I felt pretty clueless about where to get ice for my drinks. I expected a bit of charm for the price I paid, but I didn’t find it here. On the plus side, the outdoor area was nice, and it had a pool that looked refreshing. Unfortunately, it didn't make up for the state of the room. I also noticed that the heating didn’t work well—it was pretty chilly outside, and it was a struggle to stay warm. I was surprised that nothing really got resolved because the front desk didn’t offer any useful solutions. For someone traveling through the area, I'd suggest looking elsewhere unless they make some serious upgrades soon.
